West Pest Control has the best technicians. Traesen helped me today with quarterly service. I had asked for a quote to attack some fire ants and he quickly spotted a nest. He explained how the ants transport the granules to the nest. Later, he explained signs to look for with termites (all clear). I get peace of mind when people take the time to inform me. The One Nobody Else Answers
Why isn't West rated 5 stars?
Because we have more than 1,700 reviews and we do not remove the ones we do not like.
When you read the reviews that are not five stars, they tend to be about the same handful of things: a billing or scheduling mix up, a lawn treatment that did not deliver what someone hoped, or pests coming back before we got out for a retreat. Those are fair.
A company with a spotless rating and forty reviews has not been tested. We would rather show you all of it.
Is West Termite, Pest & Lawn a legitimate company?
Yes. West has been family owned and operating since October 2003, incorporated in Arkansas, with nine offices across Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. We are BBB Accredited with an A+ rating and have been since 2011. Our work is regulated by the Arkansas State Plant Board and the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, and you can look up any licensed applicator through either agency. More than 1,700 customers have left us Google reviews, averaging 4.7 stars.
How does West compare to other pest control companies?
Here is the honest version. A 2026 study of 500 pest control companies found the typical one has 529 Google reviews. Our Northwest Arkansas office alone has 617, and across all nine offices we have more than 1,700. That same study found the average pest control rating is 4.83, and we sit at 4.7. So we are not going to tell you we have the prettiest star rating in the business. What we have is twenty two years of showing up, and more people willing to write about it than almost anyone in our region.
Do you offer a free inspection or estimate?
Yes. Estimates and consultations are free, whether it is pest, termite, or lawn, and there is no obligation to book anything. Request one online or call your nearest office and we will come out, look at what is actually happening, and tell you what we would do about it.
How long has West been in business?
Since October 1, 2003. Randy and Susan West started the company in northwest Arkansas and still own it. Twenty two years later we run nine offices across three states and a lot of our technicians have been with us for years, which is why so many of our customers know their tech by name.
